fuwafuwaCANDY began in December of 2007 when Jessi G. and Evie joined forces. Jessi had been an individual paralist for about a year and began to teach Evie.
In April 2008, Jessi G. and Evie completed their debut performance at the Middle Tennessee Anime Convention, exhibiting in the ParaPara Power Hour in front of
a packed house. The routine included the songs "Discow Moscow"//Mad Cow and the Royal Eurobeat Orchestra of Bazookastan, "Ready for Love"//Cascada, "El Sonido
del Diabolo"//Toledo Sombrero, "Rising Up"//DJ Quicksilver, and "Go! Rocky Joe"//Maximum Power. "Ready for Love" and "Rising Up" were originally choreographed
routines by Jessi.
In May 2008, fuwafuwaCANDY took on two new members, Alex and Muffins.
In August 2008, fuwafuwaCANDY took on another new member, Saka.
In September 2008, fuwafuwaCANDY took on a new member, War Angel.
In March 2009, Sarah, Alex, and Jessi performed a ParaPara demo at Midsouth Con in Memphis, TN.
In April 2009, Jessi competed solo in the National ParaPara battle and took home first prize. Members Sarah, Alex, and Jessi also performed in the ParaPara Exhibition.
In June 2009, War Angel left the team.
In July 2099, fuwafuwaCANDY took on a new member, TwentyTwo. Jessi (as well as friend Aazera from Para2Mahou) filmed three routines for the
Roppongi Street Vol. 3 DVD distributed in Europe.
